So obviously "TheFancyClown" is not my real name. It's actually Bianca. Born and raised in South Florida, but I've also lived in Haiti and Paris. I tell people I'm from Ft. Lauderdale because, let's be real, nobody outside of South Florida knows where Plantation is. But if we're being honest, I'm from Plantation, FL where "the grass is greener". That's our motto. I kid you not.
I really liked growing up in South Florida but my heart has always been for NYC. Luckily I ended up here for college. I go to Columbia University (Go Lions!!!) and I play on the tennis team here. After months on months on months of wondering, I finally decided on being a dual English/Psych major. Yes, English and Science. But back to my undying love for NYC -- my favorite places here are as follows: Soho, West Village, Meat Packing District, Brooklyn, Central Park (in no particular order). I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of at this second.
| Music. This is kind of a big deal to me so just bear with me if I start to ramble on. Like I said, feel free to go back to the home page and check my fabulous and amazing blog posts about life, stuff I like, and super important things you're going to miss out on if you don't read them. So...music. I wont outright say that I like all kinds of music besides country like I used to because that's actually false. I do not like Nicki Minaj, and she is not country music, so I would actually be lying to you if I said the previous statement. I do like hip-hop (not to be confused with music made my Nicki Minaj, because...well you know where I'm going with this) more than any other music out there. I'm a loyal hip-hop head and some of my favorite artists are as follows: The Roots, Black Star, A Tribe Called Quest, De la Soul, Jaylib, Strange Fruit Project, Kendrick Lamar, MF DOOM, Madvillain, Little Brother, Nas, Kanye West, Slum Village, Murs, Curren$y, Erykah Badu, Kooley High, Dilated Peoples...the list really could go on and on but that would be a waste. Long story short, I love hip hop. BUT. I also love other music like Vampire Weekend and techno/house music like Benny Benassi and Kaskade. I just really like music. It's great. So get ready to read my posts about it! |
My Fashion style has been said to be Urban-Chic. Short and Simple. I may or may not post pictures of what I wear one day or something of that nature. But for the most part, I'm going to post other people's outfits and fashion styles and things of the sort.
Last few fun facts about me:
-I'm a foodie.
-I want to live in NYC when I graduate college.
-I have a half brother and half sister.
- I have trypophobia and it's really bad.

-I really like writing, which is why I started this blog.
-I talk too much sometimes, and even when I realize it, I can't stop.
-I love the NBA. (that awkward moment when all you've been talking about how the Heat will be the 2012 Champions...and there is no 2011-2012 season.) THE NBA IS BACK!
